Greg Bryant's
Australian Astronomy Homepage
Welcome to my Australian Astronomy Homepage. I've been an Australian
amateur astronomer since the late 1970s when I was in primary school.
On this site, you will find:
-
A growing library
of selected astronomy articles I've written since 1988, including articles
written specifically for this site (from 2000 onward), and articles previously
published in selected newsletters and magazines (eg. Sky & Telescope,
Southern Sky, Amateur Astronomy, and Universe - the journal of the Astronomical
Society of New South Wales).
Coming Soon
Special sections on comets, extra-solar planets, and observing material
on deep sky objects visible from Australia
An index to Comet Tales, a quarterly publication available by subscription
since 1995
Reports on professional astronomy, particularly the work being
done in Australia and by Australians
Links and reviews of some of my favourite websites

In March 2000, I was honoured by the International Astronomical Union
